Individual entrepreneurs and workers will be able to postpone the payment of IP quotas from January to March with an additional payment of 0.5%.
Companies and individual entrepreneurs (entrepreneurs) included in any social security scheme may request a moratorium on the payment of contributions to the social security system for up to three months on the condition that they comply with their obligations and have no other operating delays.
* For companies the possibility of a moratorium on the establishment of quotas, charging which takes place in the period from December 2020 to February 2021, which correspond to the payment of the months of January, February, and March of the following year.
* For individual entrepreneurs, there is a moratorium on fees, the accrual of which corresponds to the months from January to March 2021, and payments correspond to February, March and April.
For deferrals, an interest rate of 0.5% will be applied. Applications must be submitted before the expiration of the first ten calendar days of each of the deadlines for payment of the corresponding quota.
If a deferral is requested for the month of January, the quota for that month will be split into four equal parts over four months: February, March, April and May. If you are prompted to defer payments for January, February and March quotas, payments will be phased in over the next 12 months at four monthly installments for each deferred period. And all this with a percentage markup of 0.5%.
