On 07.03.2022 there was news to apply for asylum in Spain.

From the National Police, new information has been received for the submission of a REQUEST for refugee.

Very simple:

1. Download the asylum application form. This document can also be requested on the spot at the National Police. Is free.
2. Fill out the form, indicating the phone number by which you will be contacted by the state. authorities, to communicate further steps, and this is the date and time for receiving a refugee card. You will be spoken to in Spanish. Therefore, it is advisable to indicate the number of the person who would be able to communicate with government agencies in the future and correctly understand the further instructions.
3. After completing the form, come in person to the following addresses:
   1. in the city of Torrevieja – C. Arquitecto Larramendi, 3, 03182 Torrevieja, Alicante.
   2. in Benidorm – Carrer Apolo XI, 36, 03501 Benidorm, Alicante
   3. in the city of Orihuela – C. Sol, 34, 03300 Orihuela, Alicante
   4. in the city of Alicante – Isabel La Católica, 25, 03007 Alacant, Alicante

Or in any other city where the National Police Commissariat is located.
